1. Services and Appointments

Our services include hypnotherapy sessions, healing sessions, and other wellness-related appointments. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before appointment without any charges.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

• In cases of no-shows, we reserve the right to withhold any refund.

Refunds for Services

• Refunds are generally not provided for completed services, as results can vary based on individual circumstances.

• If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of the session. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer a partial/full refund or another session at our discretion.

2. Digital Products (e.g., eBooks, Meditations)

For any digital content or products that may be available on our Site (such as eBooks, downloadable meditations, etc.), the following terms apply:

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

3. Courses and Workshops

If you have enrolled in a course, workshop, or other group session, the following policies apply:

Refunds for Workshops or Courses

• Cancellations made at least 2 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 2 days of the course start date may not be eligible for a refund, or a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

• Once a course or workshop has begun, refunds are not typically provided.

4. Gift Cards and Promotional Offers

Gift Cards

• All sales of gift cards are final. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.

Promotional Offers

• Refunds on services purchased through promotional offers or discounted packages are subject to the terms of the promotion and may not be eligible for full refunds.
